What is the medical school forum?
The medical school forum is a special event hosted annually by Pre-Medical AMSA where students have the opportunity to meet with various medical schools around the world.

How much does it cost for students to attend the forum? What is included in this fee?
The exact cost of student tickets will be posted in January of 2013. The cost of tickets for PAMSA members will be discounted. The ticket price includes lunch, all the information and materials that you receive throughout the day, and a goody bag. Also included is a raffle ticket that automatically enters you to win some awesome prices, such as a set of MCAT books from Kaplan or The Princeton Review.
I am a student from a university outside of the Tampa Bay Area. Where can I find lodging close to USF?

Do I have to be a USF student or PAMSA member to attend? Can I bring someone with me who is not a student?
USF PAMSA's Medical Forum is open to everyone! You also do not need to be a pre-medical student or on the pre-medical path, nor do you need to be a student at USF. There is a lot of interesting and beneficial information contained in this event, and we welcome anyone to come experience it!
What should I wear the day of the forum?
This is a professional event and thus we strongly encourage and request that all guests dress in business attire. Please do not wear shorts, jeans, or flip-flops.

How can I pay for the Medical School Forum?
There are several ways this year in which you can purchase your Med Forum Ticket. You can pay with cash or check at any of our meetings or during any of our office hours. Please print this registration form and fill it out when you come to our meeting or office hours to buy your ticket.
You can also pay online on this page (see below).
How much is the forum ticket?
The cost of the ticket is $25.00 for Pre-Med AMSA members and $30.00 for Non-Members. If you buy your ticket online, you will be charged a $1.00 processing fee to help cover the cost of the payment system.
What does the fee I pay cover? I could not find the registration form?
Included in the cost of the ticket is admission, lunch and a goodie bag full of promotional materials and information. Please look at the description above to see a detailed itinerary.
I paid for my ticket, but could not find the registration form?
If you have already submitted your payment and either forgot to go to the registration form or could not find it, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will assist you in completing your registration.
Do I need to have paypal account to pay?
No. You can pay as a paypal guest just by entering your debit or credit card information?
What if I buy a ticket and need to cancel?
If something comes up and you are unable to attend, please let us know at least five days before the forum or we will not be able to guarantee a refund.
I am a PAMSA Member, Why am I getting charged the non-member price online?
If you are a member, you will receive a $5.00 rebate the day of the forum.

2) Enter credit or debit card information and submit payment.
3) After your confirmation is submitted, click on the "Return to USF PAMSA Website" button to be directed to our registration form.
